Treaty of Waitangi

Description: For the past few weeks we have made a treaty of Waitangi. We have made sure it's realistic. And looking like its old. From many many years ago. All the words are from the real treaty.

Big idea: It was hard working in a group because there was people and not just me so I didn't really know anything all I did was the typing I thought it was a bit hard maybe next time I'll just work in a two or by myself I think that there is a lot to do but it takes more effort with more people more complaints more things. So next time I think it will just be me or one other person. What I did learn was it was made in the 1940's a really long time ago. And about 40 people signed it. We learnt a lot and Charlotte had her mums remake of the treaty so it was helpful. And we thought of the coffee and tea to make it realistic to make ours. It took a long time getting there but as soon as you do its helpful. I learnt that being with your friends everytime isn't the best idea. And always get in the learning pit and learn
Feedfoward/feedback I think you did a great job with everything Tayla

It was hard to think of things
It was easy to just let them out
On the rubric I think I'm multi because I've got 3 or more pieces of information on our poster

  1. Charlotte - thank you for your very honest reflection - working in a group is very hard and it was made harder because you were away for some of this too. When you are working in a group it is very important that you take responsibility for your learning and make sure that you get something out of it too! Great things to be learning this early in the year.
